TWO2 Multi-Modality Therapy

Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) therapy is a non-invasive, clinic and/or home-based treatment for chronic, hard-to-heal wounds that combines cyclic pressurized oxygen, humidity, and compression. It increases oxygen levels in the wound, accelerates healing, reduces amputation rates, and decreases infection

FDA cleared and CE marked for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds, such as:

  • • Non healing ulcers due to diabetes, venous stasis, ischemia, post surgical infections and gangrenous lesions
  • • decubitus ulcers
  • • Amputations and infected stumps
Technology

1. Oxygen Supplementation

  • • Breaks out of the stalled inflammatory process
  • • Upregulates leucocyte function
  • • Stimulates angiogenesis
  • • Fuels collagen synthesis

2. Cyclical Non-Contact Compression

  • • Reduces edema (altering the dynamics for the flow nutrients and metabolites)
  • • Positive pressure allows granulation within fistulas without collapsing the tunnel
  • • Stimulates damaged end arteries

3. Humidification

  • • Provides a moist wound environment & supports peri wound tissues

NATROX® O₂ - Natural Oxygen Delivery System

NATROX® O₂ is a wearable, continuous topical oxygen therapy (cTOT) specifically designed to deliver a continuous supply of pure humidified oxygen to the wound bed while providing full mobility to the patient.

Technology
  • • NATROX (Inotec AMD) consists of a rechargeable, battery-operated oxygen generator and an oxygen delivery system (ODS).
  • • The oxygen generator is reusable so can be used again and multiple times.
  • • It's a portable device is about the size and weight of a mobile phone (107 g).
  • • The ODS is a sterile, single-use, web-like device which is placed directly onto the wound bed beneath the wound dressing.
  • • This allows any exudate to be managed as normal with the appropriate secondary dressing.
  • • Oxygen is delivered continuously to the wound through a flexible tube from the portable oxygen generator.
